Timothy P. Brady

Tim Brady graduated from Boston College with a degree in Economics and minors in French and German World War II History. Tim received a certificate for successful completion of a semester abroad at L’Institute des Etudes Politique. Tim then graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2004. While attending Washington University, Mr. Brady worked in the offices of U.S. Senator Peter Fitzgerald of Illinois in the Congressional and Administrative law clinic.

Tim focuses his practice on construction law, commercial litigation (domestic and international), trucking and automobile negligence, premises liability, and PIP litigation. Tim also serves as a regular case evaluator, mediator, and facilitator on complex matters. Tim is admitted to practice in Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of MI, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals for the United States, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Tim has been selected by DBusiness Magazine as a Top Lawyer in Construction Law from 2024-2026. Tim is AV Rated - Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. Tim was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2010-2018. The designation means that he is a top-rated attorney as recognized by peers.

Tim serves as the defense counsel board member for the Mediation Tribunal Association. He also is a Lifetime Fellow of the Detroit Bar Association. Tim is a past President of the Association of Defense Trial Counsel. In his free time, Tim spends time with his children and serves as a hockey, baseball, and softball coach.
