Dan Ericson has represented clients in a wide variety of legal disputes, including Michigan No-Fault law, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, employment law, civil rights, contract disputes, commercial litigation, general negligence and civil and criminal appeals.

In 2010, Dan graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in History. In 2013, Dan earned his JD from University of Wisconsin Law School. While attending law school, Dan worked for UW's Mediation Clinic, UW's Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Persons Clinic, the Federal Public Defender for Western Michigan and Dane County Corporation Counsel's Office. After returning home to Michigan, Dan worked as an associate attorney for a top judgement earning Plaintiff's attorney and as an associate attorney with another well respected insurance defense firm.

Dan is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
